Product Manager / Product Owner (Fintech, Payments, iGaming)

We are currently looking for a
Product Owner
to join a fast-growing
fintech / iGaming
product company.
This role is ideal for a strong product leader who is ready to take full ownership of the payment ecosystem and drive measurable business impact. You will be responsible not only for product development, but also for ensuring that all financial flows within the product are optimized, scalable, and profitable.
In this role, you will lead the development of payment infrastructure
(PSP, checkout, wallets, antifraud)
, manage cross-functional teams, and build a product growth strategy focused on conversion and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the full product lifecycle of fintech/payment solutions (from concept to scaling)
Define and execute product strategy focused on revenue growth and payment performance
Build and manage product roadmap aligned with business goals
Prioritize features based on direct impact on conversion and financial metrics
Lead and scale cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Analysts, UX/UI, Payments)
Manage relationships with external partners (PSPs, banks, antifraud providers)
Optimize payment flows: routing, cascading (fallback logic), approval rates (AR)
Improve checkout UX and reduce friction in payment journeys
Launch new payment products across different GEOs (
Tier 3 markets
)
Ensure product stability, scalability, and performance monitoring (Grafana, Tableau, Atlassian tools)
Requirements
3+ years of experience in fintech (
payments, wallets, PSP, antifraud
)
Minimum 2 years in each recent role with proven stability
Proven track record of launching payment products (checkout, PSP, wallets, antifraud)
Experience managing teams of 15+ people
Strong leadership skills and ability to deliver results in challenging environments
Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools, Grafana, Tableau
Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or higher
Experience working with Tier 3 markets
Nice to Have
Experience transitioning from PO to CPO or building product strategy from scratch
Background in high-load B2C products (fintech / iGaming)
Experience in fast-growing, remote-first teams
