Your expertise:
3+ years of pure or mixed experience in product ownership, business analysis, product operations, QA, or internal platform / tooling roles
Experience working in Agile environments (Kanban / Scrum)
Experience collaborating with technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Experience working with internal systems, operational processes, or platform-related initiatives
Experience working with operational dashboards, admin tools, automation flows, or internal platforms
Ability to gather, structure, and refine requirements from multiple internal users and stakeholders
Experience documenting user journeys, workflows, business logic, and system flows
Familiarity with ticketing systems, logs, monitoring, incident tracking, or error analysis
Strong prioritization and backlog management skills
Ability to break down complex technical or operational problems into actionable tasks
Will definitely be a plus:
Experience with CI / CD tooling, monitoring platforms, or DevOps workflows
Experience with internal operational systems, infrastructure-related tooling, or service reliability topics
Previous experience in QA, technical support, incident management, or process improvement initiatives
Exposure to hosting, email, SaaS platforms, or other high-load product environments
Experience working with technical teams on automation and observability improvements

You will be involved into:
Working with engineers and stakeholders to improve internal tooling and workflows used by product and operational teams
Refining backlog items related to dashboards, admin interfaces, automation tools, integrations, and process improvements
Collaborating with stakeholders from TechOps, DevOps, QA, customer support, and product teams
Ensuring requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and ready for implementation
Participating in agile ceremonies and continuously improving delivery processes based on stakeholder feedback
Helping teams identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for operational improvement
Supporting delivery of solutions that improve visibility, reliability, and scalability of internal operations
