Обов’язки
Перевіряти та підтверджувати архітектуру рішень відповідно до найкращих практик Microsoft Power Platform
Аналізувати Power Apps, Power Automate flows, connectors, Azure components та джерела даних
Виявляти приховані залежності, такі як SharePoint lists, unmanaged connectors, shadow accounts, custom scripts
Оцінювати налаштування безпеки на рівні environment та tenant, включно з моделями автентифікації та контролю доступу
Аналізувати використання data connectors для забезпечення відповідності регуляторним вимогам
Класифікувати дані та забезпечувати відповідність політикам зберігання, аудиту та комплаєнсу
Оцінювати продуктивність та масштабованість, виявляти вузькі місця та пропонувати покращення
Покращувати Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) практики та забезпечувати правильне використання managed solutions
Впроваджувати моніторинг та сповіщення для apps, flows, connectors та Azure components
Перевіряти вимоги до ліцензування та визначати можливості оптимізації витрат
Надавати високорівневі оцінки ризиків та визначати термінові виправлення, середньострокову стабілізацію та плани покращень
Вимоги
Досвід роботи як Solution Architect або Senior Technical Lead у екосистемі Microsoft Power Platform
Глибока експертиза в Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse та інтеграціях з Azure
Ґрунтовне розуміння принципів корпоративної архітектури та найкращих практик Microsoft
Практичний досвід у проєктуванні архітектури рішень, інтеграції систем та картуванні залежностей
Сильні знання моделей безпеки, механізмів автентифікації та конфігурацій на рівні tenant
Досвід у сфері data governance, комплаєнсу та регуляторних вимог
Знання Microsoft Purview та sensitivity labels
Досвід оптимізації продуктивності та аналізу масштабованості
Знання Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)

Рівень англійської — Upper-Intermediate

We are looking for a Power Platform Solution Architect to lead the creation of a Center of Excellence for our client. In this strategic role, you will define best practices, establish architectural standards, and drive governance and operational excellence across enterprise-level Power Platform initiatives.

Responsibilities
Review and validate solution architecture aligned with Microsoft Power Platform best practices
Analyze Power Apps, Power Automate flows, connectors, Azure components, and data sources
Identify hidden dependencies such as SharePoint lists, unmanaged connectors, shadow accounts, custom scripts
Evaluate security settings at environment and tenant levels, including authentication and access control models
Analyze data connector usage to ensure compliance with regulations
Classify data and ensure alignment with retention, audit, and compliance policies
Assess performance and scalability, identifying bottlenecks and recommending improvements
Improve Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices and ensure proper use of managed solutions
Implement monitoring and alerting across apps, flows, connectors, and Azure components
Validate licensing requirements and identify cost optimization opportunities
Provide high-level risk assessments and define urgent fixes,
mid-term
stabilization, and improvement plans
Requirements
Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Technical Lead within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem
Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Azure integrations
Deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles and Microsoft best practices
Hands-on experience with solution architecture design, system integrations, and dependency mapping
Strong knowledge of security models, authentication mechanisms, and tenant-level configurations
Experience in data governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
Familiarity with Microsoft Purview and sensitivity labels
Experience with performance optimization and scalability analysis
Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
Experience with monitoring, alerting, and operational support models
Upper-Intermediate English level
Willl be a plus
Familiarity with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management)
Experience working with large-scale enterprise environments
Knowledge of cost optimization strategies in cloud environments
Understanding compliance standards (GDPR, ISO, etc.)
Experience with DevOps practices and source control (Git, CI/CD pipelines)
