We’re looking for a
Salesforce Developer
to join Revenue Operations team and help build scalable Salesforce solutions that power the entire revenue lifecycle — from lead generation and pipeline management to quote-to-cash and customer growth.
You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Data teams to drive automation, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall GTM ecosystem.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and optimize end-to-end revenue workflows (Lead → Opportunity → Quote → Close → Renewal/Expansion);
Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and batch jobs;
Build scalable automation frameworks and improve GTM operational processes;
Translate business requirements into reliable and scalable technical solutions;
Integrate Salesforce with marketing automation platforms, sales engagement tools, and external data systems;
Develop and support API integrations and event-driven architectures;
Enable forecasting, pipeline reporting, and revenue attribution capabilities;
Ensure data integrity, governance, and system reliability across the Salesforce ecosystem;
Support and customize CPQ processes (DealHub CPQ or similar platforms);
Design pricing, discount approval, and post-sale automation workflows;
Maintain CI/CD pipelines and support source-driven development practices;
Manage sandbox strategies, deployments, and release processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of commercial experience with Salesforce development;
Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce architecture;
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, triggers, integrations, and automation;
Experience supporting Revenue Operations (RevOps) or GTM systems;
Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations;
Understanding of quote-to-cash (QTC) and revenue lifecycle processes;
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release management;
Strong focus on scalability, maintainability, and code quality;
Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
NICE TO HAVE:
Experience with DealHub CPQ or other CPQ platforms;
Experience with marketing automation and sales engagement tools;
Familiarity with data platforms and large-scale data environments;
Experience with AI-powered tools or workflow automation solutions;
Knowledge of event-driven architectures and modern integration patterns.
