Trainee Consultant
for our
Salesforce Bootcamp
starting on June 15. It involves mentorship and real-life projects. The training program is expected to last up to 3 months. Expected dedication — 20h/week; a certificate about the completion is included.

About the Role
As a
Salesforce Consultant Trainee
, you’ll get hands-on experience across several key areas of the Salesforce ecosystem. This role is designed to help you grow into a well-rounded consultant — someone who understands both the technical and business sides of Salesforce projects.
You’ll work closely with experienced team members and clients to learn how to:
Analyze business needs
and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
Configure and maintain Salesforce
environments — creating fields, reports, dashboards, and automations.
Support project management activities
by helping to plan, track, and communicate project progress.
Document solutions and processes
, preparing guides and user stories that support both internal teams and client stakeholders.
Collaborate with clients and team members
during workshops, demos, and feedback sessions to continuously improve the delivered solution.
Throughout the program, you’ll build a solid foundation in Salesforce tools, business analysis, and consulting best practices — preparing you for a future role as a certified Salesforce Consultant.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of Business Analysis.
Desire to work and learn with the Salesforce platform.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Written and spoken English at least Upper-intermediate level — is a must!
