We are seeking a
Head of Payments
to lead and optimize our payment operations across multiple brands. The role involves managing teams, driving KPI performance, improving payment flows, and ensuring compliance and risk control. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, experience with PSPs and partners, and the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver scalable and efficient payment solutions.
How you will make an impact
Manage and scale teams of Payments specialists (B2C, B2B), including building teams from scratch and driving their development
Oversee payment operations across 10+ independent brands simultaneously
Define, track, and optimize key KPIs (deposit decline reasons, withdrawal SLAs) using a data-driven approach
Analyze performance and run A/B tests to improve payment flows and routing strategies
Design, implement, and adapt payment flows and SLAs based on customer segmentation (e.g., VIP vs casual players)
Evaluate risks related to new launches, payment methods, and product changes, ensuring compliance and best practices
Manage high-value (big winner) cases and influence balance outcomes strategically
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Affiliate, Tech, and Operations teams to resolve payment-related issues
Own and manage relationships with third-party providers (banks, PSPs, fraud and verification partners), including negotiations
What will help you succeed in this role
3+ years of experience in a similar senior role within iGaming (Gambling)
Strong knowledge of gambling compliance (AML, CDD, EDD, KYC)
Deep understanding of payment systems, providers, and the overall payments ecosystem
Experience managing high-volume transaction environments (millions €/month)
Experience with crypto payments
