Job Description
We are currently hiring for the following shift:
*Tuesday — Saturday 2PM-11PM
Provide care to our users on calls, chat and email
Get to know each user’s goals and needs, helping to guide them through their journey by providing advice on their sites and businesses
Help users solve problems while exposing additional ways they can achieve their goals and succeed online
Develop and maintain positive customer relationships and satisfaction
Liaise with all other departments and product teams about our users’ needs
Make an impact on the way we support our users by improving our flows to ensure the best experience possible

This is a flexible hybrid position based in Kyiv and Lviv

Qualifications
You have a customer service experience in any industry. No tech or IT experience is required — we’ll train you!
You’re fluent in English (verbal and written) and based in Kyiv or Lviv (or nearby areas).
You’re passionate about new technologies and always eager to learn more.
You have strong critical thinking skills.
You hold yourself to high standards and work to improve constantly.
You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and look at change as an opportunity to grow.
You love building relationships and helping others succeed.
