Office Manager will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day office operations in Ivano-Frankivsk office, supporting employees, and contributing to an efficient, welcoming, and well-functioning workspace.
Temporary position, part-time (4 hours per day) in Ivano-Frankivsk.
Requirements:
1-3
years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a company with
50-100 employees;
Experience in organizing office services and supporting office operations;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, and office equipment;
Experience with basic budget planning and expense tracking;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to prioritize tasks and respond quickly to operational requests;
Good time management and attention to detail;
Intermediate English level or higher.
Client-oriented with a strong sense of ownership;
An effective communicator who can clearly deliver information;
Flexible and able to handle ad-hoc tasks;
Organized, punctual, and attentive to details;
Positive and with a good sense of humor.
Responsibilities:
Be the master of the office — ensure everything is organized, clean, functional, and up to company standards;
Provide high-quality internal service to employees and respond to requests and office-related concerns;
Conduct office tours for newcomers and help them settle into the workspace;
Coordinate cleaning and maintenance activities;
Manage office vendors, suppliers, and repair services;
Order and maintain necessary office supplies (kitchen items, household goods, stationery, first aid kit, etc.);
Monitor stock levels and ensure uninterrupted office operations;
Participate in inventory management and asset tracking;
Cooperate with courier services and coordinate deliveries;
Support budget tracking and basic expense monitoring;
Ensure proper document flow and administrative processes;
Provide office support for internal events and employee activities;
Handle ad-hoc office requests and operational tasks.
