We are looking for a
Customer Support Manager
who will become a part of our team!
What are you going to do:
Information and technical support of existing and new clients online via chat or e-mail;
Work with tickets in the Zendesk system (database of customer requests);
Development and maintenance of the existing customer base;
Analysis of the company’s services and products, search and control of problem solving (together with the company’s technical specialists);
Performing other tasks of the head.
What are we looking for:
At least B2 English level;
Higher education (can be incomplete and preferably technical)
Understanding of the basic principles of the Internet
Experience working with email service
