About the Role:
The company is looking for a Radio Support Engineer who can bridge operations, engineering, and customers to ensure smooth, high-quality product performance in real environments.
The company operates in a highly dynamic environment where agility, adaptability, and a hands-on approach are key to success.
The right candidate brings solid practical experience with UAV/UAS systems, handles complex field troubleshooting with confidence, and applies a disciplined methodology to debugging and validation in safety-critical contexts. They are skilled at cross-functional coordination across US and UA teams, turning field observations into concrete engineering input, and delivering technical support with both professionalism and depth.
Responsibilities:
Lead and support operations within a dedicated product vertical
Liaise with engineering teams and customers to improve communication flow and bug reporting
Diagnose field issues and drive proactive resolution
Analyze flight data and logs
Manage product-related communication between US and UA offices
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in CS/EE/AA or equivalent hands-on background
Solid practical experience in a technical role
Hands-on background with UAV/UAS platforms
Knowledge of RFDF systems
Strong skills in debugging and validation within environments where failures carry real operational consequences
English proficiency: B2+ (Upper-Intermediate English or above)
Nice to Have:
Experience with radio direction finding systems
Exposure to spectrum analysis
Familiarity with C++
Data analytics skills
