We are looking for a committed Support Engineer with expertise in ticketing systems, monitoring tools, and foundational knowledge of SQL Server/MySQL and Windows/Linux administration.
Our client is a global beauty retailer recognized worldwide, operating over 2,000 stores across 30+ countries. They are renowned for offering a diverse range of high-quality cosmetics from leading brands.

Requirements
Experience with ticketing or incident tracking systems
Experience with the monitoring tools
Basic skills in SQL Server/MySQL administration and development
Basic skills in Windows/Linux administration, networking, bootstrapping, and security
Experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) will be a great plus
Ability to work in 24/7 mode, shifts schedule
Responsibility, proactivity, team-playing, and great communication skills
Good spoken and written English (Upper-Intermediate level)
Responsibilities
Working closely with the Development team
Supporting the customer infrastructure, including ETL, reporting systems, Windows/Linux servers, SQL Server/MySQL DBs, Java web-based apps, etc
Resolving incidents and issues under time pressure
