, you will contribute to building and enhancing the platform within a collaborative engineering team. While the current stack includes
Angular and Node.js
, the strategic goal is to
expand backend capabilities and strengthen collaboration with engineering and ETL teams

Depending on project priorities, you may initially focus on
Angular/Node.js features
, while gradually contributing more to
backend services and integrations

.NET/C# experience
will be valuable. You should be comfortable
working across the stack when needed

Is comfortable working across both frontend and backend when needed
Brings strong backend engineering experience
Can help increase the technical seniority of the team
Is proactive and capable of contributing to technical direction and system design
Demonstrates strong ownership and problem-solving skills
Is collaborative, comfortable working in ambiguous environments, able to mentor others, and raise the overall technical maturity of the team
Requirements
Must have
5+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong experience in backend development.
Hands-on experience with Node.js and Angular.
Previous or current experience with .NET / C#.
Experience designing and implementing backend services or APIs.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex systems.
Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or higher.
Proactive mindset and ability to take ownership of technical solutions.
Will be a plus
Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
Experience working with healthcare systems or regulated environments
Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB)
Mentorship or technical leadership experience
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain features using Angular and Node.js (Express).
Contribute to backend services and system architecture where applicable.
Strengthen the team's backend expertise and engineering maturity.
Collaborate with engineering and ETL teams on integrations and data-related workflows.
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
Identify opportunities to improve system scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Share knowledge and support other engineers when needed.

Existing team on the client side. We work with the US team (Eastern and Central time zones) — around 10 people. Our team is 17 people (9 MEAN stack developers, 8 QA, 1 PM)
