It integrates seamlessly with testing frameworks, CI/CD tools, and ticket systems, offering advanced test planning, execution tracking, and deep analytics.
We’re building a product loved by developers and QA engineers — and we’re looking for a Ruby on Rails Developer to help us improve and scale our platform.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Ruby on Rails Developer who enjoys building product features, improving backend systems, and solving technical challenges in a collaborative environment.
You’ll work closely with the founder, technical team, and product team to develop scalable functionality, improve platform stability, and contribute to the evolution of our product.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend functionality
Build APIs and integrations with third-party services
Help improve application performance and scalability
Participate in bug fixing and troubleshooting
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Collaborate with the team on product improvements and technical solutions
Requirements
1-2+
years of production experience with Ruby on Rails
Experience working with relational databases (MariaDB/MySQL/PostgreSQL)
Experience with background jobs (Sidekiq or similar)
Understanding of APIs, Git, and CI/CD basics
Good communication and collaboration skills
English level: Intermediate or higher
Nice to Have
Experience with search systems or analytics databases
Experience working in product startups
Interest in QA and test automation
Personal Qualities

Strong problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn and grow
