Project Overview
We are looking for experienced Senior-level engineers to join a healthcare-focused project. This is an initial short-term engagement with the possibility of long-term extension if the collaboration proves successful.
The project is in the healthcare domain, so prior experience building applications for healthcare providers, insurance companies, EHR/EMR platforms, telemedicine, or other HIPAA-regulated environments is highly preferred.
We are open to considering Ukrainian candidates, provided they are currently located in the United States.
Senior Full-Stack Developer (Python/Node.js + React)
Tech Stack
Backend
Python (preferred) with frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask
OR Node.js with frameworks like NestJS or Express.js

Modern state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, React Query)

Requirements
5+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong experience with either:
Python + React, or
Node.js + React.
Deep understanding of API design and distributed systems.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with cloud services and containerization.
Experience in healthcare, HealthTech, or regulated industries.
Strong English communication skills.
2. Senior Front-End Developer (React or Angular)

Requirements
5+ years of front-end development experience.
Strong expertise in React or Angular.

Understanding of responsive design and accessibility.
Prior healthcare domain experience is strongly preferred.
