Ukraine (remote, US-based company)
About the Role
We’re looking for a
strong Integration Engineer / Data Architect hybrid
who will own and scale our internal systems ecosystem.
This role sits at the intersection of
engineering, data, and business operations
. You will design and maintain integrations between our core platforms, ensure data consistency across systems, and build a reliable analytics foundation for decision-making.

What You’ll DoSystems Integration & Automation
Design and maintain integrations between
HubSpot, Kantata (ERP), ClickUp, Rippling, Slack
Automate key business workflows (e.g., deal → project → workspace lifecycle)
Ensure reliable and scalable data synchronization across systems
API & Backend Engineering
Build custom integrations using
Python / Node.js
Work with
REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth
Handle real-world API challenges: rate limits, retries, async flows
Deploy solutions in
serverless environments (AWS Lambda / GCP)
iPaaS & Workflow Orchestration
Use tools like
Azure Logic Apps / Workato / Celigo
Decide when to use no-code vs custom solutions
Build scalable and maintainable integration architecture
Data Modeling & Analytics (Power BI)
Own the
enterprise data model
Build and maintain
Power BI dashboards
Define key metrics: utilization, margin, backlog, ROI
Ensure a
single source of truth
across the company
Reliability & Monitoring
Implement monitoring, alerting, and failure recovery
Build
self-healing integrations
Ensure no data loss across pipelines
What This Role Is NOT
Not IT support / not IAM / not device management
Not defining business rules — you implement them technically
Requirements
4–7+ years in
integration / backend / BI / data engineering
Strong experience with:
Power BI (DAX, data modeling)
SQL
APIs (REST, webhooks, OAuth)
Experience with
Python or Node.js
Experience with
iPaaS tools
(Workato, Celigo, Boomi, Azure Logic Apps)
Ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders
Fluency in English (B1-B2 level)
Nice to Have
Experience with
HubSpot / Kantata / Rippling / ClickUp
Experience in
AEC / professional services companies
Background in
finance-related data modeling
What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)
Core integrations are live and stable
HubSpot → ERP automation fully working
Data pipelines are reliable and monitored
Power BI becomes the
