We are looking for a
Hardware Support Engineer
to support our hardware team with hands-on lab activities, hardware testing, basic troubleshooting, and work with electronic equipment.
This role is a good fit for someone with a background in electronics, electrical engineering, automation, embedded systems, or a related technical field. We do not expect deep experience with procurement or BOM management at this stage, but the person should have a solid basic understanding of electronics, be careful when working with hardware, and feel comfortable using lab equipment.
Responsibilities:
Work with hardware prototypes and electronic devices in the lab.
Use basic lab equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, signal generators, or logic analyzers.
Support hardware testing, bring-up, debugging, and validation activities.
Help identify and document hardware issues during testing.
Read and understand basic schematics, datasheets, and technical documentation.
Support the hardware team with measurements, checks, and basic troubleshooting.
Assist with assembling, connecting, and preparing hardware setups for testing.
Maintain clear and accurate notes, test results, and technical documentation.
Collaborate with hardware, embedded, and engineering teams.
Requirements:
Educational background in electronics, electrical engineering, automation, embedded systems, radio engineering, or a similar technical field.
Basic understanding of electronic components and electrical circuits.
Hands-on experience with lab equipment, such as multimeter, oscilloscope, power supply, signal generator, or similar tools.
Ability to read basic schematics, datasheets, and technical documentation.
Careful and responsible approach to working with hardware and lab equipment.
Basic troubleshooting skills.
Understanding of how to safely work with electronic devices and measurement tools.
Readiness to work with hardware locally in Warsaw.
English — Intermediate or higher.
