Customer Support Representative (night shift, calls)
Description
Working shift: Sat-Wed 22:30 – 7:00 (Kyiv time), Thursday & Friday – days off.
Looking for a Customer/Technical Support Representative to work on a Canadian healthcare project via phone.
Full-time, remote, long-term (equipment is provided)
Mandatory Requirements:
• Strong verbal and written English skills.
• Business communication and soft skills.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and with a team.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and effectively manage priorities.

Main Responsibilities:
Investigate, resolve and conduct in-depth troubleshooting of hardware, software, email, web-based applications, and other issues using available resources over the phone and email;
Create and process support tickets.
