Senior Backend Engineer (Python)

Description
We are looking for a Senior Engineer to join our team and help us design and scale our distributed systems and cloud infrastructure. We value intentional engineering, automated workflows, and architectural scalability.
What you will do:
Design and develop high-performance backend services using asynchronous
Python
.
Manage and evolve our cloud infrastructure (
AWS
or
Azure
) following Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
Take an active role in architectural decisions—from selecting the right database to defining cluster scaling strategies.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
Backend Expertise:
Strong proficiency in Python with experience building production-grade asynchronous services.
Cloud Knowledge:
A solid understanding of AWS or Azure (Networking, IAM, Managed Services).
Core Tech (experience with
2-3
of the following is a plus):
Kubernetes (Helm), SQL/NoSQL (PostgreSQL, Redis), or Data Pipelines (Kafka, ClickHouse).
DevOps Mindset:
You value CI/CD automation and enjoy monitoring your code’s health via Observability tools (Prometheus/Grafana).
