About the Role
We are looking for a
Growth Product Manager
to join our
Growth Team
, responsible for driving
player acquisition, activation, and monetization
across our iGaming platform. You will own the
experimentation roadmap
— designing, running, and analyzing
A/B tests
that directly impact key growth metrics. Your decisions will be grounded in
data
, your ideas will
ship fast
, and your results will be visible at the
business level
.
⚙️
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain the
A/B testing roadmap
aligned with growth and revenue goals.
Design experiments end-to-end:
hypothesis, metrics, segmentation, test setup, and analysis
.
Identify growth opportunities through
player behavior analysis, funnel diagnostics, and competitive research
.
Work closely with
engineers, analysts, and designers
to ship experiments quickly and correctly.
Prioritize a backlog of growth initiatives based on
expected impact and feasibility
.
Own post-test analysis — distinguish
signal from noise
, document learnings, and drive rollouts.
Track growth metrics (
Conversion, ARPU, Retention, LTV, GGR
) and connect experiment outcomes to business performance.
Build a
culture of experimentation
across product and marketing teams.
🧩
What We Expect
4+ years of experience
in Product Management, with a strong focus on
growth and experimentation
.
Solid understanding of
A/B testing methodology
: statistical significance, power analysis, sample sizing, p-values, novelty effect.
Experience with
experimentation platforms
(
Optimizely, GrowthBook, PostHog
etc.).
Hands-on work with analytics tools —
GA4, Amplitude, Tableau, Mixpanel
, or similar.
Familiarity with
iGaming
or other high-volume digital products is a strong plus.
Ability to write
clear specs
and work independently with
cross-functional teams
.
English
Upper-Intermediate or higher
.
