Middle Organic Growth Specialist (SEO & AI) for SaaS/IT

We’re looking for an organic growth specialist (SEO & AI visibility) who actively uses AI tools and modern SEO approaches to drive organic growth for SaaS & tech clients.
You will fully own several client organic growth projects — from strategy to execution and results.
This includes managing priorities, implementing SEO initiatives, and using AI tools (provided by GrowPad) to automate workflows and improve performance.
An important part of the role is helping brands stay visible not only in Google search but also in AI overviews and other LLMs
Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership of
3–5 SEO
projects — from strategy and planning to execution and results
Communicate results to clients and provide strategic recommendations
Grow SEO traffic and inbound lead generation for B2B client projects
Grow AI visibility of websites
Make decisions regarding SEO/AEO strategy and project direction
Stay up to date with the latest SEO/AEO trends and tactics
Generate and test new growth ideas
Requirements
3+ years of experience as an SEO Specialist working with IT, SaaS, or B2B projects
B1+ English level (English language speaking with some clients)
Independence, proactivity, and full ownership of the project
Strong prioritization skills and a result-oriented mindset
Proven, measurable SEO results for B2B companies or English-language projects
Expertise in: Content marketing, Technical SEO, On-page SEO, Link building
Ability to measure and analyze results using GA and other analytics tools
Hands-on experience with top SEO tools (Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.)
Ability to build and implement effective SEO strategies
Confident use of AI tools in daily work, like Claude
Mandatory practical experience with AI-driven SEO strategies
Proven experience in SEO process automation — must-have

$1500—$2000 USD + bonuses (based on experience and skills)

Remote work
Full-time employment — 168 hours per month.
