As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a
Business Analyst
who loves diving deep into how businesses work, untangling complex processes, and turning them into clear actionable tasks for the development team.
Responsibilities
Own the Delivery:
Take full responsibility for project execution across
2–3
projects simultaneously — you drive, you decide, you deliver.
Be the Bridge:
Act as the primary link between European clients and our development team — calls, requirements, and difficult conversations included.
Lead Discovery:
Dive deep into the client’s business, conduct discovery sessions, and identify the “pains” that our software can solve.
Design the Logic:
Transform vague client wishes into clear, actionable technical tasks — User Stories, Process Mapping, and functional requirements.
Drive the Team:
Lead grooming sessions, plan sprints, remove blockers, and ensure the development team always has a clear roadmap.
Build the Process:
You’ll have the freedom and the mandate to build delivery processes from scratch.
Requirements
Experience:
3+ years of professional experience on IT projects working directly with development teams in outsourcing or consulting.
Leadership:
You lead naturally — you don’t wait for instructions, you take ownership.
Communication:
Fluent English for direct, real-time collaboration with international clients.
Technical Intuition:
Ability to understand technical constraints and explain them clearly to a client.
Agile Mindset:
Solid understanding of Scrum and Kanban in practice.
The Toolbox:
Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, BPMN/UML.
