About the Project:
Our client is a European IT solutions provider and IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) partner delivering consulting, implementation, and software solutions for regulated industries — automotive, aerospace, and medical. Alongside IBM ELM services, the company builds its own product:
elwis
, a no-code enterprise application platform used by businesses worldwide.
We are looking for a Project Manager to drive the development of the elwis platform. You will bridge the gap between product vision, client needs, and the development team — translating complex requirements into clear deliverables. No coding required, but sharp analytical thinking and structured communication are a must.
Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end delivery of elwis product milestones — from requirements definition to release
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into product requirements and acceptance criteria
Coordinate the development team: sprint planning, backlog grooming, progress tracking, and blocker resolution
Maintain visibility across timelines, risks, and priorities — and communicate status clearly to leadership
Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with clients from various industries
Document workflows, decision logic, and feature specs without writing code
Contribute to the product roadmap and help shape the future direction of elwis
Requirements:
3+ years of PM experience in a software product or SaaS environment
Strong analytical thinking — you can break down complex business processes and spot what others miss
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
Excellent communication in English (B2+), both written and verbal
Comfortable with tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar
Experience with no-code / low-code platforms is a strong advantage
Self-driven, structured, and able to work with a high degree of autonomy in a distributed team
