The company delivers innovative hardware solutions for diverse industries, including medical devices, industrial electronics, automotive, and agricultural technology.
Company size: 90+ employees
Technical team: RF Hardware Engineer+ Hardware team (PM, Tech Lead, 9 engineers: architect, 3 seniors, 5 mid/juniors), Software team (separate team)
Main projects: Full-cycle electronics design; solutions for industrial, automotive, and miltech sectors.
Office / work mode: Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv.
Conditions: Competitive salary, career and professional growth, opportunity to work on cutting-edge hardware projects, mentorship and knowledge-sharing environment, flexible schedule, military booking starting from the first working day, and other benefits.
Requirements:
Proven experience in RF hardware development
Participation in full hardware development lifecycle (from schematic design to validation), at least as part of a team
Strong background in RF and analog circuit design
Experience designing and analyzing: low-noise amplifiers (LNAs); power amplifiers (PAs); mixers, oscillators; RF filters and matching networks
Practical understanding of impedance matching and S-parameters
Experience with RF PCB layout considerations (controlled impedance lines, grounding strategy, isolation, coupling minimization)
Experience working with antennas and RF front-end integration: antenna matching; feed network optimization; understanding of RF propagation basics
Knowledge of signal integrity fundamentals in RF systems
Understanding of EMC/EMI principles and compliance-aware design
