We are looking for a
AI Product Manager
who lives at the intersection of Web3 and Artificial Intelligence.
This is a long-term opportunity, specifically open to Ukrainian professionals living abroad.
About the Role
We are building next-generation AI-powered Web3 products. You will own the full product lifecycle - from idea validation and research to roadmap, prioritization, and delivery. You will work closely with smart contract engineers, AI/ML engineers, frontend/backend developers, and design.
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive product strategy for Web3
Deeply understand user needs in decentralized ecosystems (wallets, DeFi, NFTs, AI agents, decentralized compute, etc.)
Write clear PRDs, user stories, and technical requirements
Work hands-on with prototypes, test smart contracts, and experiment with AI models
Prioritize features using data and user feedback
Collaborate tightly with engineering (you should be able to speak their language)
Help shape tokenomics and incentive mechanisms when needed
Requirements
3+ years of Product Management experience
Strong Web3 experience (you’ve worked with blockchain products, understand wallets, on-chain mechanics, token economics)
Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts (LLMs, agents, RAG, fine-tuning, model evaluation - at least at a good conceptual + practical level)
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
