What you will build
YachtWay is the operating system for the global yachting industry. We sell software, financing, insurance, and content creation services to 400+ boat dealers and brokers worldwide. Our small sales team is the leverage point, and the AI systems you build directly determine how much revenue each rep generates.
You will own the dealer intelligence and sales automation backend. In your first 90 days you will build and ship two production AI pipelines that integrate with our CRM.
Stack
AWS Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway, Bedrock (Claude Sonnet and Haiku.)
Who we want
Concrete experience signals:
You have shipped at least one production system on AWS Lambda + Step Functions or a comparable serverless platform. Not a tutorial, a real one.
You have integrated Claude or another LLM API into a production workflow with real users on the other end.
You have worked against a CRM API with rate limit handling and webhook ingestion
You have opinions about prompt engineering, model selection per task, and when to use a fast cheap model vs. a slow smart one.
You are genuinely curious about building agents and pushing AI to its limits, and you treat hallucination as a defect to engineer out, not a quirk to live with.
