About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud professional with a strong technical background in CRM, marketing automation, and data-driven customer engagement. The role combines SFMC solution ownership, personalization, experimentation strategies, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support scalable CRM initiatives and modern Agentic Marketing capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical planning, architecture, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, campaign frameworks, personalization, and experimentation strategies.
Partner with marketing, analytics, IT, CRM, and business teams to align technical execution with strategic goals.
Serve as a liaison between marketing, IT, and development teams.
Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, status updates, and stakeholder communication.
Gather and document business requirements for campaigns, customer journeys, segmentation, and personalization initiatives.
Build and optimize journeys, automations, CloudPages, dynamic content, and reusable templates using AMPscript and SSJS.
Develop and manage automation workflows in Automation Studio for imports, exports, and campaign triggers.
Define and maintain data models, data flows, data extensions, Contact Builder relationships, and audience segmentation strategies.
Integrate SFMC with Salesforce Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and third-party platforms.
Ensure platform performance, deliverability, compliance, and data quality best practices.
Support campaign planning, QA, reporting, and performance analysis.
Provide recommendations and strategies for CRM transformation toward Agentic Marketing capabilities.
Create and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and training materials for end users.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Strong expertise in AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect and REST/SOAP APIs.
Strong background in SFMC data analysis, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
Experience with complex experimentation and campaign optimization strategies.
Understanding of marketing automation, CRM, and data-driven customer engagement.
Experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce ecosystem products and external platforms.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
