Description
This role is ideal for an experienced Python engineer who is confident working with AI-driven workflows, building reliable backend services, and contributing to modern LLM-powered systems. You will focus on developing MCP-based integrations and backend APIs while collaborating with a senior-level engineering team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Build and maintain Python-based MCP services and integrations.
Develop backend APIs for LLM-powered products using FastAPI or FastMCP.
Work on prompting, tool integration, reliability, and production readiness of AI workflows.
Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable backend systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
Participate in improving system performance, stability, and maintainability.
Expand into modern LLM infrastructure and evaluation practices as needed.
What we expect from you:
English level B2 or higher for effective technical communication.
Strong hands-on experience with Python.
Solid experience with MCP and prompting concepts.
Proven backend engineering experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks.
Experience designing and maintaining APIs and backend services.
Proficiency with Git and standard version control workflows.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Experience working in distributed teams within the EU time zone.
Nice to Have:
Exposure to Kubernetes.
Understanding of embeddings and evaluation (evals) workflows.
Familiarity with LLM inference concepts such as temperature, top_p, guardrails, and bias mitigation.
Experience working with AI-driven or LLM-based systems.
Experience with production-grade infrastructure and scalable services.
