We are looking for an experienced
Project Manager\Operation Manager
to lead and deliver projects in the
iGaming industry (online casino / betting)
.
Your main goal will be to ensure timely project delivery, optimize processes, and align cross-functional teams for maximum efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement project roadmaps
Optimize and automate internal processes
Manage resources and task allocation
Ensure quality standards and compliance
Maintain clear and transparent project communication
Trial Period Goals (2–3 months)
Take over the current project roadmap from the existing Project Manager
Analyze and assess alignment with timelines and business goals
Establish regular team ceremonies:
Daily stand-ups
Weekly status meetings
Identify key risks and dependencies affecting the test launch and final release
Provide regular status reports to management and stakeholders
Ensure proactive communication across teams (development, marketing, etc.)
Core Responsibilities
Project Management
Manage the full project lifecycle (initiation → delivery → closure)
Ensure deadlines, deliverables, and KPIs are met
Team Coordination
Align development, marketing, design, and other teams
Ensure smooth collaboration and workflow
Roadmap Management
Maintain and update project roadmap
Control timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Allocate resources effectively
Performance & Budget Management
Monitor KPIs
Manage budgets and timelines
Risk Management
Identify and mitigate risks
Develop contingency plans
Resolve issues proactively
Process Improvement
Analyze and optimize workflows
Improve cross-team collaboration
Stakeholder Communication
Provide regular updates and reports
Manage communication with stakeholders and clients
Tools & Systems
Use project management tools such as:
JIRA
Confluence
Asana / Trello
Requirements
1+ years of experience as a Project Manager
Experience in
iGaming (online casino / betting)
is a strong advantage
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong knowledge of
Agile / Scrum methodologies
Hands-on experience with:
JIRA
Asana / Trello
Confluence
Basic understanding of CRM systems
Experience in budget and resource management
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and leadership skills
English level
B2+
(written and spoken)
Nice to Have
Experience launching products from scratch
Background in fast-growing startups
