We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer who will take ownership of test automation quality, help strengthen our CI/CD testing processes, and ensure the delivery of reliable, high-quality software. This role is ideal for someone with strong automation experience who enjoys working closely with developers in a modern engineering environment.
About the Role
You will be responsible for building and maintaining robust automated test coverage across UI and API layers, improving overall test strategy, and ensuring continuous quality in fast-paced development cycles.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites
Build and maintain UI automation using Playwright (preferred) or Selenium
Develop API tests for REST services using tools like Postman and JavaScript-based frameworks
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other QA engineers
Improve test coverage, stability, and execution speed
Contribute to test strategy and QA best practices
Identify, document, and track defects with clear and actionable reporting
Requirements
5+ years of experience in QA engineering
3+ years of experience in test automation
Strong experience with Playwright or Selenium
Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
Experience in API testing (REST, Postman)
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests
Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest / Supertest
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English (international team communication)
Nice to Have
Experience with test architecture design and scaling automation frameworks
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Familiarity with cloud-based CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
Experience in performance or load testing
