Requirements
At least 3 years of commercial experience in test automation with a strong focus on mobile applications;
Strong expertise in Android test automation using UiAutomator and Espresso or Appium, with proven experience in developing, maintaining, and optimizing stable automation suites;
Hands-on experience with mobile testing concepts, including real devices vs emulators, mobile gestures, app lifecycle, and debugging mobile automation issues;
Solid understanding of QA fundamentals, SDLC, and testing methodologies;
Basic experience in web test automation and understanding of cross-browser and responsive testing principles;
Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar);
Experience working with real device testing platforms or device farms;
Experience with Functional, Regression, Integration, and End-to-End testing;
Experience working with bug tracking and test management tools (Jira, Xray, Zephyr, or similar);
Experience in Healthcare or other regulated domains is a plus;
Experience using GenAI tools to support QA and automation workflows;
Proactive mindset, ownership, and ability to work in a fast-evolving product environment;
Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
Job responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimize automated tests for Android mobile applications;
Contribute to web automation coverage as needed, ensuring cross-browser and responsive testing;
Improve and extend existing automation frameworks using JavaScript and WebdriverIO;
Build and maintain reliable end-to-end test coverage for mobile and web products;
Maintain and optimize automated tests on real devices and platforms like BrowserStack;
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support their smooth execution;
Investigate test failures, perform root-cause analysis, and enhance test stability and reliability;
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA engineers to improve testability and product quality;
Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, automation practices, and testing standards.
