We are looking for an experienced
Middle Project Manager
who will lead and deliver projects for our clients. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion while building long-term client relationships. You will also play a key role in mentoring and supporting our Project Management team, ensuring their professional growth and alignment with best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Receive leads from the Sales Manager and fully manage the pre-sales process from initial discovery to proposal presentation.
Gather, analyze, and clarify client requirements; organize and facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders.
Build and coordinate cross-functional teams for proposal preparation, involving Business Analysts, Architects, and technical experts.
Coordinate the creation of key proposal artifacts, including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), PERT estimations, timelines, financial calculations, and presentation materials.
Prepare and present commercial proposals to clients, including business cases, company and team introductions, delivery approach, budget estimations, best practices, security considerations, and legal aspects.
Actively contribute to account development through upselling, identifying new business opportunities, and building long-term client relationships.
Manage projects after contract signing, including team coordination, delivery oversight, risk management, and client communication.
Ensure transparency of processes, timely delivery, and a high level of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements
4+ years of project management experience in IT or consulting environments.
Proven experience managing international projects and cross-functional teams.
Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills.
Leadership experience with mentoring or managing other project managers.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
English language: B2+.
