On behalf of our Client from Spain, Mobilunity is looking for a
Technical Product Manager.
Our Client is a leading technology platform specializing in reservation management and gastronomic experiences for the restaurant industry. Within the group ecosystem, it operates alongside another hospitality technology platform, consolidating a best-in-class European offering for restaurants.
The Experiences vertical is the product area dedicated to managing and commercializing gastronomic experiences (special menus, events, activities, etc.) – a strategic pillar currently undergoing strong growth with a firm focus on international expansion.
The Experiences product is at a pivotal growth stage. The Integrations & International Expansion project aims to scale the platform across multiple markets by connecting it with key ecosystem systems, including restaurant management platforms, payment gateways, POS systems, channel managers, and billing solutions.
You will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and coordinating all integration initiatives required to support international product growth. In this role, you will drive the integrations strategy for the Experiences product, ensuring that technology investments deliver real customer value and measurable business impact. Your main focus will be coordinating and leading the technical integrations necessary to enable the product’s international expansion.
Responsibilities:
You will be the product manager of the following integration streams:
Integrations:
The integration between the reservation platform and the Experiences product already exists. You will lead the new integration between the Experiences product and another hospitality platform, coordinating closely with both product and engineering teams.
PSP Integrations (Payment Service Providers):
Coordination with the Payments team to incorporate the payment gateways required in each market into the Experiences product. This is not about gateway maintenance, but about the strategy for onboarding PSPs.
POS Integrations (Point of Sale):
New connections with POS systems and ticket-printer functionality, ensuring compatibility with the POS systems used in target markets.
Channel Integrations (Channel Manager):
Management of the Experiences channel manager for connecting with distribution channels and selling experiences on third-party platforms.
Billing Integrations:
In scenarios where Experiences needs to issue invoices, you will coordinate with the Internal team to design and deliver the billing integration.
Product Management & Strategy
Translate product and business strategy into clear product decisions, with explicit stakeholder alignment, rigorous prioritization, and deliberate trade-offs.
Define and own the success metrics (KPIs) for each integration, measuring the economic impact of decisions made.
Maintain and communicate a clear integrations roadmap aligned with international expansion needs.
Discovery & Validation
Regularly investigate the integration requirements of each market, understanding the operational and economic flows of restaurants.
Transform customer signals, data, and market insights into clear problem statements, testable hypotheses, and success criteria.
De-risk rapidly: validate value, usability, technical feasibility, and business viability before committing resources.
Delivery & Impact
Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams to deliver robust solutions, often with a high technical or data-driven component.
Drive fast, autonomous delivery by orienting the team toward outcomes, continuous learning, and clear success metrics.
Pilot end-to-end launches, ensuring impact measurement and the incorporation of learnings into the product roadmap.
Cross-functional Leadership
Raise the bar on product thinking, decision-making, and execution.
Work operationally with customer-facing teams to anchor decisions in real usage and economic impact.
Align and challenge Sales, Support, Marketing, and Operations teams around the highest-value customer problems and opportunities.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in product-driven SaaS environments
Technical profile: Proven experience managing system integration projects (APIs, webhooks, PSPs, POS, ERPs, or similar)
Ability to understand technical architectures and engage with engineering teams on integration design, data flows, and API contracts
Strong problem-solving skills, data analysis capabilities, and evidence-based decision-making
Experience working with senior stakeholders, building strategic alignment, and demonstrating business impact
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a strong customer orientation
Demonstrated use of
AI
tools in day-to-day workflows: Experience leveraging
AI
assistants, copilots, and generative
AI
tools to enhance productivity across product management activities – including discovery research, data analysis, writing specs and documentation, stakeholder communication, and decision-making. We are looking for someone who naturally integrates
AI
into their processes and can bring best practices to the team
Fluent English (international environment)
Experience or interest in the hospitality / restaurant industry
Nice to have:
Previous experience in international expansion projects for SaaS products
Knowledge of payment gateways (Stripe, Adyen, Redsys, etc.) and online payment flows
Experience with POS integrations (Revo, Lightspeed, Oracle Micros, etc.)
Familiarity with channel managers or distribution marketplaces
Experience in M&A environments or post-acquisition product integration
