Senior Media Buyer / UA Growth Advisor for Web & iOS Subscription Products

We are looking for a
UA / Growth Advisor
for a multi-product IT company developing its own
Web and iOS subscription products
for international markets:
US, UK, CA, AU, NZ, and EU
.
This is a
part-time advisory / consulting role
for a senior external expert with strong hands-on experience in
paid acquisition / media buying
for Web and iOS subscription products.
The ideal candidate has already scaled subscription products and can help the team assess growth decisions from a broader perspective: unit economics, attribution, traffic quality, creatives, funnel performance, and payback.
Responsibilities
Audit paid acquisition: campaign structure, scaling logic, optimization events, bidding, attribution windows and potential account risks
Analyze tracking and attribution: AppsFlyer / Meta postbacks / SKAN / AEM / CAPI, event mapping, and deduplication
Help the team evaluate subscription economics: CPA trial / purchase, trial-to-paid conversion, refunds, D7 / D14 / D30 revenue, LTV by campaign, and payback
Provide recommendations on creative testing: angles, scaling winners, and user quality across different creatives
Support scaling strategy: when to increase budgets, how to test new geos, and how to scale without losing traffic quality or payback
Provide a senior-level perspective on current decisions, risks, and growth opportunities
Requirements
Experience as a
Head of UA / Growth Lead / Senior Media Buyer / Growth Advisor
or in a similar role
Hands-on experience with
Web and/or iOS subscription products
Strong understanding of trial / subscription monetization, funnel metrics, LTV, payback, and refunds
Experience scaling paid acquisition in international markets:
US, UK, CA, AU, EU
Practical experience with
Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads
at scale
Understanding of tracking and attribution tools and frameworks:
AppsFlyer / Adjust / Adapty / Amplitude, SKAN, AEM, CAPI
Experience with white-hat consumer offers
Ability to evaluate not only CPA, but also traffic quality, revenue, retention, and profitability
Experience in multi-product IT companies, app publishers, subscription apps, or web funnel teams would be a strong plus.
Cooperation Formats
We are open to several cooperation formats:
one-time audit of ad accounts, tracking setup, funnel, and creatives;
regular advisory —
2-4
consultations per month plus async feedback in Slack / Telegram;
ad-hoc consultations on specific team questions.
Engagement Terms
Part-time advisory / consulting format
Fully remote cooperation
Hourly compensation, discussed individually depending on experience and cooperation format
Contractor / consulting agreement
Preferable overlap with the Kyiv time zone
