IT Support Engineer

Description
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to support daily office operations, maintain end-user devices and assist with administration of internal IT systems and laboratory infrastructure. This is an office-based role in Warsaw focused on hands-on technical support, troubleshooting and operational IT tasks. You will work closely with employees, technical teams and laboratory staff to ensure stable and secure operation of office and IoT lab environments.
Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day IT support for office employees and internal teams.
Configure, maintain and troubleshoot workstations and laptops running Windows, macOS and Linux.
Support office network infrastructure and network devices, including MikroTik and Ubiquiti equipment.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning and access management.
Administer and maintain access to corporate systems, collaboration platforms and internal services.
Support IoT laboratory infrastructure, connected devices and technical equipment.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues.
Maintain inventory of IT equipment and ensure proper device lifecycle management.
Assist with basic security and operational IT procedures.
Requirements:
Basic hands-on experience in IT support, system administration or technical support roles.
Understanding of operating systems, including Windows, macOS and Linux.
Basic understanding of networking concepts and experience with network equipment such as MikroTik and Ubiquiti is a plus.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues independently.
Good communication skills and willingness to help users with technical issues.
Technical education or understanding of electronics and hardware is a strong plus, as the role includes supporting IoT laboratory equipment and devices.
Willingness to learn and grow in infrastructure, networking and IT operations areas.
English: Intermediate or higher.
