We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who will not only lead the product lifecycle but also drive the implementation of AI agents and automation into the team’s daily operations.
About the Project
You will work on a high-end Digital Ecosystem for private wealth management and lifestyle coordination. This is a large-scale web and mobile platform designed to streamline the management of complex assets and daily operations for High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI). The system integrates investment tracking, secure document management, and workflow automation, connecting clients with their legal, financial, and service teams in a unified, secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
— Lead the backlogs for two cross-functional teams (Tech Lead, Designers, and Engineers).
— Draft technical requirements for engineers and designers, ensure the final result matches the vision, and oversee the correctness of implementation.
— Implement AI tools into workflows to automate requirements generation, feedback processing, and routine documentation.
— Build automated workflows and AI agents (e.g., via n8n)
— Introduce changes to team workflows, analyze their effectiveness, and adapt them to meet evolving product needs.
Requirements:
— 4+ years as a Product Manager or Business Analyst.
— Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude Code, Gemini, OpenAI Agents, Harpa, etc.
— Practical experience building automations via n8n or similar low-code platforms.
— Proven track record of managing design and development teams.
— Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (ability to lead documentation and negotiations fluently).
— Ability to work on
Pacific Time (PT)
- working hours are shifted to the evening to sync with our US-based team.
Nice to have:
— Experience in a Scrum Master role: facilitating stand-ups, refinements, and retrospectives.
— Experience in the fintech industry.
