Unity Developer!
Responsibilities:
Design and develop general modules, shared systems, and common toolsets for studio-wide use;
Develop robust, scalable, and high-performance game features and systems using Unity and C#;
Research and implement technical solutions for complex development challenges faced by the team;
Create and maintain the team’s technical backlog, including refactoring initiatives, estimates, and technical reasoning;
Make technical decisions related to architecture, refactoring, optimization, and development approaches;
Build, improve, and optimize technical processes within assigned teams;
Improve and optimize the performance of existing codebases;
Maintain high standards of code quality, scalability, and maintainability;
Optimize code and assets to ensure the best possible performance across different platforms;
Collaborate with the team to identify technical risks, resolve blockers, and support stable project delivery.
Requirements:
3+ years of professional experience in Unity game development;
Strong C# and OOP skills, including async/await, coroutines, generics, interfaces, and SOLID;
Good understanding of game development principles, game physics, and optimization;
Practical experience with ECS and architecture patterns such as MVC/MVP, DI, services, and Data-Driven approaches;
Experience with Unity asset loading workflows, including Addressables and Resources;
Experience with Firebase, IAP, Ads, and Unity Gaming Services;
Experience developing for Android, iOS, PC, and WebGL;
Ability to write clean, scalable, and performance-oriented code;
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
Proactive mindset and willingness to improve existing systems and processes;
English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Will be a plus:
Contributions to shipped game titles;
Experience with shaders, networking, AI, physics, or UI systems in Unity;
Familiarity with multiplayer networking and architecture.
