About the Role:
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and help ensure smooth and efficient delivery across multiple projects. This role requires a strong blend of operational management, the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams, and a commitment to maintaining transparent communication at all levels — perfect for someone who enjoys bringing clarity and structure to dynamic environments.
Responsibilities:
Keep projects on track by ensuring processes and standards are followed;
Support team members with engagement, communication, and conflict resolution;
Act as the go-to person for organizational and administrative matters (for both team and client);
Track project progress, anticipate risks, and make sure goals are met;
Stay up-to-date with client needs and organizational changes;
Work closely with Account and Delivery Managers to ensure transparency and client satisfaction.
Required Skills:
Strong communication skills and interest in people management;
Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken);
Familiarity with SCRUM or other SDLC methodologies;
Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to grow;
Strong team-player attitude, delivery-oriented approach.
Will Be a Plus:
Up to 1 year of previous experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager.
