The company works with international clients and helps businesses increase retention and LTV.

Responsibilities
Manage the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, training, support, retention, and account growth
Conduct product demos and onboarding sessions for new clients
Provide daily customer support and troubleshoot platform-related issues
Analyze dashboards, reports, and customer performance data
Collaborate with internal teams regarding bugs, feature requests, and customer feedback
Build strong relationships with customers and help them achieve their goals
Coordinate communication between customer teams and traffic providers
Work closely with senior managers to improve customer experience and retention
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Support, or Business Development
Experience in AdTech industry or SaaS B2B platforms
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Analytical mindset and problem-solving approach
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
English — Advanced+
Ukrainian — fluent
Russian — fluent (required for working with part of the client base)
Customer-oriented attitude and proactive communication
Tools & Skills
Google Sheets / Excel
CRM systems
Task trackers
Experience with customer onboarding and training
Understanding of customer retention processes
Nice to Have
Experience with performance marketing or programmatic advertising
Experience working with international clients
Familiarity with platforms like Pipedrive or similar CRMs
