We are looking for a Product Growth Manager to accelerate the commercial success of our products and ensure long-term value for our clients. This role blends product management, sales, and client success responsibilities — perfect for someone who thrives at driving adoption, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage product rollouts, and actively contribute to expanding our B2B client base.
What you will do
Drive product growth by advertising, positioning, and selling products to new B2B clients;
Support sales teams in pitching, product demos, and closing opportunities;
Build long-term client relationships by managing subscription renewals, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring overall customer success;
Coordinate product releases and feature rollouts, ensuring smooth delivery and cross-team alignment;
Gather feedback from clients and market research to shape product improvements and inform go-to-market strategies;
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align business goals with user needs.
We are looking for
2–4
years of commercial experience in a product growth, product management, or related role within B2B;
Proven background in both product development and go-to-market execution;
Sales experience or direct involvement in client acquisition, upselling, renewals, or account management;
Strong knowledge of marketing, customer acquisition strategies, and product positioning;
Excellent coordination skills to manage cross-functional projects and product launches;
Analytical and problem-solving mindset with hands-on experience in market and competitor research;
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and clients;
English level C1.
Will be a plus
Previous exposure to Salesforce projects/products or CRM environments.
