Description
We’re looking for a
Lead iOS Developer
to own our IOS development and lead the entire mobile team (iOS and Android developers).
You’ll be responsible for driving the architecture, technical strategy, and delivery of our iOS app while also coordinating with the Android developer to ensure consistent quality across both platforms.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of our iOS application using Swift and modern iOS frameworks
Define and maintain mobile architecture, code quality, and best practices across the mobile team
Mentor and support the iOS and Android developers to deliver features efficiently
Collaborate closely with Product, Backend, and Security teams to integrate new features and APIs
Ensure the mobile apps meet high security and compliance standards (VASP, PCI/DSS, DORA)
Oversee app store releases, build pipelines, and CI/CD integration for mobile apps
Participate in strategic decisions on the mobile roadmap and user experience
Conduct code reviews, performance optimizations, and manage technical debt
Requirements
5+ years of professional iOS development experience (Swift, UIKit/SwiftUI)
Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and modular codebases
Experience leading or mentoring mobile teams (iOS and/or Android)
Familiarity with secure mobile development and cryptography best practices
Experience integrating REST APIs, WebSockets, and third-party SDKs
Knowledge of App Store guidelines, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Nice to Have
Experience with Kotlin or Android development
Knowledge of blockchain, crypto wallets, or fintech products
Familiarity with UX/UI principles for finance/crypto apps
