As a
Product Manager
you will work closely with engineering, R&D, marketing, and business stakeholders to build products that meet customer needs and set new standards in the market. Key Responsibilities:
Develop product strategy and go-to-market plans that connect end-user cost/performance requirements to compelling system value propositions.
Channel and prioritize customer feedback from field trials and integrators to improve Company’s products and roadmaps.
Evaluate customer use-cases and workflows to distill insights from early engagements into practical business strategies.
Collaborate with Company’s engineers and product managers to build product-based roadmaps that span firmware, embedded OS, mobile apps, cloud/edge orchestration, and test tooling.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (embedded firmware, Android/iOS apps, desktop Linux/Windows apps, cloud orchestration, and security/compliance) to define easy-to-use integrations.
Define and monitor important product metrics to ensure Company’s leadership over competitor offerings.
Required Qualifications:
BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of product management or equivalent experience at a technology company.
3+ years directly developing software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with customers, systems engineers, and executive stakeholders.
Strong program management skills — very organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a demanding environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior deep technical experience in radios and demonstrable troubleshooting in lab/OTA environments.
Significant software development experience in C/C++, Java, Android development, Python, and experience building Linux and Windows targets.
Experience with embedded firmware, real-time OSes, FPGA toolchains, or signal processing libraries.
